Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, high-performance systems for futures order management, trade execution, risk management, and settlement
- Implement advanced trading, risk, and compliance features to meet the needs of our sophisticated crypto futures traders
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, trading, and compliance, to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance or relevant disciplines
- Extensive experience in risk management and process optimization.
- More than 2 years of Futures operation experience and and preferably 2+ years in Futures trading in the financial services and/or cryptocurrency industry
- At least 1 years of hedge fund operations experience
- Good knowledge in various asset classes including equities, futures and options
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in risk management and automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects at once.
