What you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance management of the AI cloud computing platform and infrastructure, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
• Build, maintain, and continuously optimize the automated operation and maintenance system (such as Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, etc.) to improve operational efficiency.
• Configure, deploy, and manage servers, storage, network, and security devices, promptly responding to faults and performing troubleshooting and repairs.
• Participate in the launch, debugging, and performance optimization of new products and features, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Establish a comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and log management system to track system health in real time.
• Write and maintain detailed operation and maintenance documentation, SOPs, and technical manuals, providing technical support and training to the team.
• Assist in system security audits, risk assessments, and the development of emergency response plans to ensure the secure operation of the platform.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in enterprise-level system operations, cloud platform management, or related fields.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix operating systems with solid knowledge of network, storage, and security management.
• Familiar with automation tools (such as Ansible, SaltStack, Chef, or Puppet) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Experience in deploying and maintaining VM virtualization platforms, with the ability to independently plan, install, optimize, and troubleshoot virtualized environments is preferred.
• Experience in installing and deploying GPU servers, including hardware drivers, firmware upgrades, performance tuning, and integration with AI computing platforms is a plus.
• Experience in operating cloud computing platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, with the ability to efficiently handle various emergency failures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to continuously learn and innovate in high-pressure environments.
