Job Description
Perform pre-processing verification of customers’ remittances/cross-border payments.
Perform data entry and approval of remittance payments, including MT191 charges.
Ensure remittance payments including time-sensitive and critical payments are prioritized and released timely.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and ensure timely closures.
Perform daily reconciliation of payment instructions and control checks.
Perform reconciliation of NOSTRO and General Ledger accounts.
Ensure processing are within SLA standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with minimum 1 year of working experience.
Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
Strong team player who is able to work independently and motivate the team.
Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous and strong follow-up skills.
Versatile and able to multi-task across functions and various platforms effectively.
