We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior/Mid-level Front-end Engineer to join our core product team and independently lead a new business initiative. Independently responsible for the front-end architecture design and development of a new business line.
Mentoring and developing junior engineers, organizing code reviews, and ensuring team code quality.
Exploring and introducing cutting-edge front-end technologies to continuously optimize the front-end development process and performance.
Collaborating closely with product, design, and back-end teams to create an exceptional user experience.
Shipping user-facing commercial products at scale with high quality standards.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of front-end development experience.
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript development.
Expertise with React and its ecosystem (Next.js, Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS).
Familiar with front-end engineering, modularization, and component-based development, with experience in large-scale projects.
In-depth research and practical experience in front-end performance optimization.
Passion for technology with strong attention to code quality and rapid learning abilities.
Good product awareness and teamwork spirit, with the ability to think proactively and solve problems.
Demonstrated interest in AI products and emerging technologies, with strong interest in AI technology and its applications.
Experience developing AI products (chatbots, agent visualization, conversational interfaces, etc.).
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance development productivity and workflow efficiency.
Experience shipping user-facing commercial products at scale.
Experience with internationalization (i18n) development, including multi-language support, RTL/LTR layout adaptation, and timezone/currency handling.
Background in competitive analysis and technical research.
Active open source contributor with personal projects and technical experimentation.
Hands-on experience with Electron desktop application development.
