The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage budgets, optimize performance, and lead the marketing team to enhance GoGoX's presence in Hong Kong.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive GoGoX’s presence in Hong Kong. This person will be leading the Marketing department, taking full ownership of the marketing mix—from B2B partnerships to mass-market user acquisition—to ensure that GoGoX remains the logistics partner of choice for businesses and individuals alike.
What You Will Deliver
- Growth & Commercial Strategy
- Orchestrate Country Marketing Plans: Develop and execute integrated strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across both B2C and B2B verticals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Move beyond basic analysis; utilize internal data and market trends to identify high-value customer segments (SMEs, Enterprise, Individual users) and optimize unit economics.
- Budget & ROI Ownership: Manage the marketing budget with a focus on efficiency, ensuring every dollar spent contributes to revenue targets, order volume, or brand equity.
- Performance Optimization: Work closely with the Regional Growth team to fine-tune full-funnel performance, balancing brand awareness with aggressive conversion tactics.
- Brand, Partnerships & Engagement
- Integrated Campaign Management: Lead the execution of “360-degree” campaigns (online and offline) that keep GoGoX top-of-mind in the local logistics market.
- Strategic Ecosystem Building: Drive meaningful partnerships with Ops, Sales, and Product teams to launch impactful events, exhibitions, and merchant collaborations that drive quality leads.
- Content & Brand Voice: Act as the guardian of the GoGoX brand in Hong Kong, ensuring a distinctive, resonant tone of voice across all channels that speaks effectively to our local audience.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Team Development: Manage and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of testing, learning, and creative problem-solving.
- Regional Alignment: serve as the bridge between Hong Kong and the Regional Brand team, translating high-level regional goals into localized, actionable tactics.
Who You Are
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for B2B or B2C logistics/tech backgrounds.
- The Sweet Spot: You have a unique blend of strategic planning capabilities and a hands-on execution mindset. You are willing to build things from the ground up.
- Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable navigating data to inform decisions. You understand how marketing metrics tie into broader business objectives (revenue, retention, LTV).
- Local Expert: You have strong knowledge of the Hong Kong marketing landscape, local consumer behavior, and SME business needs.
- Agility: You thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and can pivot strategies quickly based on market feedback.
- Communication: Excellent command of English and Cantonese. You are a clear communicator who can influence stakeholders across a matrix structure.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing a small team or projects, with the ability to self-motivate and inspire others.
