Senior/Marketing Executive (Campaigns & Partnerships)

This is a hands-on, high impact role, where you will manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution across online and offline channels, while building and growing strategic partnerships to drive user acquisition, engagement, and long-term brand equity.

More About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically curious Senior/Marketing Executive to support acquisition campaigns across all channels for our new product – IG Markets.
This is a hands-on role to support accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of creative campaigns across multiple channels. You will report to a Senior Marketing Manager and work closely with Product, Sales and external agencies to develop and optimise campaigns that drive acquisition and other business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including go-to-market strategies for new app features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Partnerships, Events & KOL Management
Build and manage partnerships across B2B, events, sponsorships, and offline activations to strengthen brand visibility and drive user growth.
Plan and scale influencer/KOL partnerships, develop content collaborations, and support thought-leadership initiatives such as seminars, talks, and strategic partner events.
Agency & Media Management
Collaborate with agencies on creative development, media planning and buying across performance, brand and OOH media, content development and ROI optimisation.
Insights & Reporting
Track and report campaign performance, applying data-driven insights to continuously improve effectiveness.
Stay on top of fintech, trading, and investment trends to identify opportunities and inform marketing angles.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, sales, customer support, design and content teams to ensure marketing is integrated across all touchpoints.
Requirements
2 - 4 years of experience in campaign marketing, preferably with background in fintech, e-commerce, or app-based businesses.
Experience in multi-channel campaign planning (Digital, offline, CRM, in-app)
Strong partnership management skills, with experience driving activations, events, or sponsorships.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, dashboards, and performance optimization.
Independent and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
Collaborative and adaptable team player, thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Interest or working knowledge in financial markets, trading, or investing is a plus.
