We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Senior Executive Recruiter to lead executive hiring globally while driving key Global Talent Acquisition strategic programs and workforce planning governance.
This role will partner closely with senior leadership to deliver end-to-end executive search mandates, shape in-house search capability, and lead high-impact TA initiatives. The incumbent will also play a critical role in headcount planning governance, working closely with Finance and business leaders to ensure disciplined, timely, and strategic workforce decisions

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Search & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end executive recruitment searches (Director to C-suite level) globally.
  • Develop and execute targeted search strategies, including market mapping and competitor intelligence.
  • Identify, engage, and secure high-calibre passive executive talent.
  • Ensure rigorous and structured assessment of leadership capability and cultural alignment.

2. In-House Executive Search Capability

  • Drive a best-in-class in-house executive search model, reducing reliance on external firms.
  • Apply structured methodologies aligned with leading executive search practices.
  • Manage external search partners selectively to ensure quality and value.

3. Global Strategic Programs & Projects

  • Lead and execute global TA strategic initiatives aligned to business priorities.
  • Drive programs such as: 
    • TA operating model optimisation
    • Executive hiring frameworks and governance
    • Diversity & inclusion at leadership levels
    • Recruitment process and technology enhancements
    • Headcount Planning & Governance reviews
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.




Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in Senior Executive Recruitment (in-house or leading search firms).
  • Experience leading global TA projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, headcount governance, and talent market dynamics.
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organisation preferred.
