Senior Manager, Strategic Network Planning, Global Supply Chain

Join ResMed’s Global Supply Chain Planning team as Senior Manager, Strategic Network Planning, leading the development of our long-range capacity planning capability. You will create an integrated 18-month to five-year view of capacity requirements across key manufacturing and supply network nodes, connecting future demand with the decisions needed to support sustainable, profitable growth.

Working at the intersection of business strategy, demand outlook, manufacturing and supply chain, you will turn complex scenarios into clear capacity strategies. Your insights will help leaders anticipate constraints, evaluate investment needs and make earlier, fact-based decisions about how our global supply network evolves.

What You’ll Do

• Lead long-range capacity planning, developing an integrated 18-month to five-year outlook across key manufacturing and supply network nodes.
• Translate long-term demand forecasts and business scenarios into clear capacity requirements, constraints, risks and opportunities.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of changing demand, capacity assumptions and network constraints.
• Evaluate capacity sufficiency across the supply network and identify future gaps, bottlenecks and investment requirements before they limit growth.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and other functions to align assumptions and establish an integrated view of future capacity needs.
• Establish and continuously improve long-range planning processes and decision cadences, connecting strategic planning with broader supply chain planning activities.
• Lead and support cross-functional supply chain projects, converting strategic priorities into structured plans, coordinated actions and measurable outcomes.
• Present complex analysis as clear insights and recommendations that enable senior leaders to make informed decisions.
• Support network design and transformation initiatives through strategic planning analysis and capacity perspectives.
• Build a forward-looking view that helps Resmed understand where and when constraints may emerge, evaluate alternative scenarios and connect capacity planning with network priorities.

What You Bring

• Significant experience across supply chain planning, strategic planning, capacity planning, manufacturing strategy or supply network planning in a complex global environment.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of how demand, supply, capacity, inventory and manufacturing planning connect to inform business decisions.
• Supply chain project management capability, including leading complex cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through qualification.
• Strong business acumen and commercial understanding, with the ability to evaluate strategic choices beyond operational measures.
• Capability in scenario planning and quantitative analysis, translating data into practical business insights.
• Clear stakeholder communication, influence and storytelling skills, including presenting complex topics to senior leaders.
• Ability to work across functions and geographies, align diverse perspectives and enable decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Experience establishing supply chain planning process blueprints for a new network.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
