We're on the hunt for a Senior Social & Influence Manager, APAC with a flair for social-selling. As part of our team, you'll be directly responsible for the ideation, project management, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across a wide range of consumer brands.
You're an influencer marketing fanatic who understands the role influencers play in Asian culture. You think influence-first, stay updated with the latest channels, formats, and trends, and know how to ethically communicate, shape, and support our audiences for real impact.
Your skills include Influencer Relationship Management and co-creating content with influencers. You have experience in influence-first social-selling, whether it's working with creator-economy built brands, influencer branded products, TikTok shop direct sales or affiliate program development.
You will be responsible for running influencer campaigns, contributing to influencer strategy, executing social-selling and affiliate-marketing strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Your role also includes identifying and nurturing talent opportunities, managing the influencer database, staying updated with cultural/social trends, and promoting our influencer offering across the business.
If you're a problem solver, active, ambitious, adaptable, a team player, and someone who uses both EQ and IQ, we'd love to hear from you. You must have a passion for influencer marketing with at least three years' experience in the field, demonstrate experience in building productive relationships, understand the cultural nuances of marketing across Asia Pacific, and have a deep-rooted understanding of social trends and influencers. A creative outlook, self-motivation, action-orientation, ambition, and a positive "can-do" attitude are essential.
