Why We Have This Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Scaled & Corporate Marketing to lead our marketing efforts focused on the AMER scaled and corporate business segments for Qualtrics. In this pivotal leadership and people management role, you will be responsible for driving the overall segment pipeline target for the Corporate business and managing a diverse team of marketers overseeing digital marketing activity in the region, virtual events, outbound activations through sales development reps, and nurture, and 1:many field events. You will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that align with sales objectives for these high-velocity plays, creating scalable programs that efficiently drive customer acquisition and expansion. The ideal candidate will bring deep B2B SaaS marketing expertise with proven success in scaled marketing and growth strategies and the ability to build high-performing teams. This role requires a strategic and operational thinker who can build and automate processes and holds a high bar of excellence for themselves and their team.
How You Will Find Success
- Own the Corporate pipeline targets across scaled segments, developing and implementing marketing strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
- Design and execute high-velocity, scalable marketing programs that efficiently drive customer acquisition and expansion.
- Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, demonstrate ROI, and continuously optimize program performance.
- Build and execute an integrated field events strategy tailored to prospects and customers in scaled segments.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and communications teams to ensure messaging resonates with target buyers.
How You’ll Grow
- Manage and develop a team of demand gen specialists covering Digital Marketing, Webinars, SDR/Nurture Programs, and Field Events, providing mentorship, guidance, and skill development.
- Establish and optimize marketing strategies that efficiently target appropriate market segments.
- Implement and refine lead nurture programs designed to move prospects through the funnel with appropriate velocity for different buying cycles.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure integrated go-to-market execution.
Things You’ll Do
- Partner closely with sales leadership and SDR leadership to ensure marketing programs are tightly aligned with sales motions specific to scaled segments.
- Oversee the development and execution of webinar programs that accelerate the buying process and generate qualified leads.
- Manage budget allocation across initiatives to maximize ROI and business impact.
- Develop scalable playbooks and repeatable processes to support the unique needs of high-velocity sales cycles.
- Implement and refine digital marketing strategies that efficiently target appropriate market segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in marketing strategies and tactics.
What We Are Looking For on Your CV
- 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with particular focus on scaled market segments.
- 3+ years of people management experience, with proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing marketing teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue in high-velocity B2B sales environments.
- Strong understanding of diverse buying journeys, decision-making processes, and sales cycles.
- Experience partnering with sales teams to develop and implement integrated field marketing programs that accelerate deals.
- Proven track record of building scalable marketing programs that efficiently support high-volume sales motions.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to measure and optimize program performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and make strategic recommendations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in field marketing leadership roles at B2B SaaS companies serving diverse market segments is preferred.
- Proven success in building and scaling marketing programs that support inside sales and field sales teams.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies adapted for different market segments is an advantage.
- A background in marketing experience management, customer experience, or related solution areas is beneficial.
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models and multi-touch campaign analysis will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with the Qualtrics platform and solutions is a plus.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
