Job Description

Responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives, and for ensuring that the sales team are equipped with the tools, resources, and training necessary to achieve their targets.

  • Achieve the revenue targets set for the team.

  • Handle and oversee all sales operational matters related to the hunter team.

  • Prepare sales pipelines and sales forecasts.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver business proposals professionally and in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate on the continuous improvement of sales processes.

  • Analyze sales results and trends to take proactive actions that ensure achievement of objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure them.

  • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

  • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, identify development needs, and foster a positive, results-driven team culture.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate complex deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

People Development & Culture
  • Build a competent team through coaching, mentoring, and guidance.

  • Promote continuous training to upskill and drive a high-performing team.

  • Embed SingPost values as part of the team’s DNA.

  • Foster collaboration and cohesiveness within both the immediate and wider teams.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data and metrics.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
