What You Will Do
-
Prepare and negotiate engine service and sales proposals to secure customer agreements.
-
Build and nurture business relationships with existing and prospective customers across APAC region.
-
Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
-
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
-
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
-
Deliver product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition of our engine services.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Business Development, Marketing, Pay per Hour (PpH), Power Customer Solution (PCS), Engine Sales/Leasing, Finance, Contract Management Office (CMO), and Engine Shop Managers.

Lead the preparation of long-term agreements (LTAs), manage tender responses, and foster long-term client partnerships.

Provide innovative solutions to complex customer challenges.

Contribute insights to product development and strategic sales planning.
-
Represent the company at industry events and customer visits.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or related field.
-
10 years of sales experience in the aerospace or engine services industry.
-
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B technical sales environment.
-
Technical knowledge of engines and engine services.
-
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively interact with existing and potential customers across APAC, including China and Taiwan.

Ability to lead complex sales processes and influence internal stakeholders across multiple functions.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
-
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, including on short notice.
-
Solid understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of sales agreement.
Qualifications We Prefer

Master’s Degree/MBA.

Experience in the Aerospace or helicopter engine & airframe knowledge.
