The Senior Manager, Product Marketing role is responsible for leading end-to-end product marketing initiatives, including the creation of client-centric product collaterals and product campaigns to support acquisition and retention across our distribution channels. This role is pivotal in connecting the unique value propositions of Manulife’s solutions to the needs of our customers and prospects, enabling us to significantly scale our ability in attracting new customers to Manulife whilst enhancing engagement with existing customers as their trusted partner at every step of their life journey.

We are looking for someone with:

A results-driven professional with a university degree and minimum 5 years experience in a marketing role

Experience in Branding, Advertising and Product Marketing
-
Experience in Finance / Insurance industry
-
Ability to apply a customer-centric mindset in implementation of product campaigns.

Compelling storyteller able to dissect complex concepts into simple narratives
-
Demonstrated competency in integrated marketing communications, including digital and social media marketing.

Good communicator with excellent stakeholder management ability.
On the job you will:
Report to the Head of Brand, Content & Propositions,

Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for new product launches with a focus on customer centricity.

Collaborate with internal teams (including regional and local business functions) and external agencies to develop successful creative assets, marketing materials and promotional strategies.

Develop and articulate clear and compelling messaging in our collaterals that resonates with our target audience, effectively breaking down technical jargons and complex solutions to easy-to-understand client values, hence differentiating our solutions in the market

Monitor initiative performance and utilize data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Support the execution of sponsorship and partnerships to amplify our brand awareness.

Adherence to Manulife’s brand standards across all our creative assets to reflect our brand identity.

Contribute to the overall Brand, Content and Propositions strategy to help MLS achieve our bold ambition in becoming a Digital Customer Leader.

Support our bancassurance and independent advisory partners on marketing and content initiatives to meet our business objectives.

Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies and best practices, and make recommendations for innovation and enhancements.
