ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit (OU) Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. The organization is designed to combine local relevance with scale, shift data and technology from experimentation to competitive advantage, and operate with clear accountability for impact and ROI. All roles operate within a tightly integrated OU–Market model, where the OU elevates and enables strategic growth + OU-wide platforms while markets integrate, execute, and track performance with speed and rigor while developing local content, partnership and experiences.

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

Based in Singapore, this individual contributor role will drive the day-to-day activation and operational excellence of marketing and commercial data, technology, and capability initiatives across the ASP Operating Unit (OU). Serve as the central execution lead—delivering processes, platforms, and hands-on support that empower teams to leverage data and technology for business impact.

  • Execute and enable core marketing technology platforms: Lead the activation, adoption, and troubleshooting of core marketing and commercial technology solutions across ASP teams (CRM, analytics tools, marketing automation, commercial enablement platforms among others) .

  • Operationalize data quality and usage: Ensure campaign and commercial execution consistently leverages data; validate data integrity and work with teams to resolve gaps as they arise.

  • Embed routines and capability-building: Deliver training, playbooks, and practical support to drive tech/process adoption, user proficiency, and continuous improvement; monitor adherence to best practices and standards in day-to-day work.

  • Ensure robust execution & reporting: Run project tracking, campaign measurement, data quality, and compliance checks; manage dashboards and provide clear operational updates to functional head and market teams.

  • Champion issue resolution & process improvement:Identify recurring bottlenecks, operational risks, or challenges within platform and process deployment; proactively resolve with stakeholders, ensuring learnings are scaled and sustained across markets.

  • Integrate feedback and escalate: Act as the link between market teams and functional leadership—representing user needs, surfacing opportunities for improvement, and ensuring the OU vision is executed with excellence, speed, and accountability.

Experience & Critical Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8+ years' hands-on experience in marketing, commercial operations, data/technology enablement, or related project execution (ideally in FMCG, retail, or digital/tech-driven settings).

  • Advanced practical knowledge of deploying and supporting marketing/commercial tech tools. (CRM, data/analytics, automation, or commercial enablement platforms).

  • Demonstrated ability to train users, drive adoption, and resolve day-to-day execution issues across multi-market or cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in operational reporting, dashboard management, and compliance/governance routines.

  • Customer-focused problem solver: agile, solutions-oriented, and comfortable translating technical and process detail into actionable team guidance.

  • Effective communicator and collaborator, able to coordinate across markets, elevate user needs, and influence process adoption.

Communication focus:

  • Daily contact and close partnership with country marketing, customer/commercial, IT, and other project teams to deliver support, training, and operational guidance.

  • Provides clear, regular updates to OU functional head and market leadership on platform usage, data/process quality, operational risks, and success stories.

  • Drives culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and best-practice scaling across the ASP system.
