Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Global Quality Frontend Central Quality Assurance (FECQA) team. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and lead an high-performing team from the ground up, ensuring world-class quality and driving central initiatives across our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead the FECQA team, including recruiting, onboarding, and coaching for high performance.
  • Collaborate with site leaders to align quality initiatives with manufacturing goals.
  • Lead Material Review Boards (MRBs) to assess and disposition non-conforming materials.
  • Analyze process changes for quality impact and support continuous improvement.
  • Drive global alignment and early engagement in new technology nodes to ensure seamless transitions from NPI to HVM.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing (Yield/Test, Product Engineering, Quality, or Process Integration).
  • Demonstrated leadership in team development and project management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communicator under pressure with strategic execution capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Micron QA systems, processes, and quality culture.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams and driving systemic root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Background in quality governance and compliance in semiconductor environments.
  • Experience with shift-left quality strategies and DL4 defense line solutions.
