  • Strategic Partnership – Cultivate strong relationships with executives and business leaders.
  • Business Influence – Provide fact-based recommendations and influence decision-making.
  • Financial Impact Analysis – Assess operational risks and opportunities to inform planning.
  • Executive Communication – Deliver clear and compelling insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis – Conduct deep analytics to evaluate business trends and performance.
  • Financial Reporting – Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports.
  • Planning & Forecasting – Lead annual planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Process Improvement – Automate and enhance financial tools and reporting processes.
  • Financial Modeling – Develop integrated financial models and perform scenario analyses.
  • Leadership & Coaching – Guide finance team members on best practices and analytics.
  • Project & Ad Hoc Support – Manage financial analysis for new initiatives and cost-saving projects.
  • Decision Support – Provide business analytics to drive insights and strategic recommendations.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years in financial planning, analysis, or business finance.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to assess risks, identify opportunities, and support decision-making.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of financial drivers and business operations.
  • Experience in automation, streamlining financial processes, and system enhancements.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal guidance.
