About the team
At Circles, our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is at the core of our Corporate Strategy and Finance function, driving financial discipline and strategy. The team comprises Finance Business Partners (FBP) providing business partnering and decision support to the Senior Leadership, driving strategic finance projects, and leading budgeting, forecasting, large and complex deal management, strategic analyses as well as management reporting.


About This Role
Are you a seasoned Finance Business Partner with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments, where every day brings fresh challenges and opportunities?
We’re seeking a Senior Manager - Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the financial strategy for our rapidly expanding SaaS business, which already partners with 4 of the top 10 global telcos. The role reports to the VP and Head of Corporate Strategy and FP&A. This is a high-impact, hands-on strategic finance role that focuses on business partnering and decision support for sales and account management leadership including the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Business Officer. In this highly visible role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and leverage your expertise to shape key commercial decisions, transform data into actionable insights, influence business strategy, drive business growth, manage pricing, risk and profitability of large and complex deals, and optimize margins and resources for our SaaS business. You will also own management reporting, monthly business reviews, budgeting, and forecasting. What You’ll Do

● Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with senior leaders across Sales and Account Management to drive financial strategy and growth initiatives. Your expertise will guide investments and priorities.
● Shape Long-Term Plans: Develop and maintain robust financial frameworks that support strategic decision-making, from annual budgets to long-term growth roadmaps.
● Deal Strategist: Evaluate large, multi-year commercial deals and RFP submissions, balancing profitability and risk to ensure sound business outcomes.
● Analytical Expertise: Build, refine, and maintain sophisticated financial models and deal evaluation tools that inform strategic directions.
● Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting and business reviews, and contribute to automation of processes


What You Bring
o 10+ years of finance business partnering and FP&A expertise, ideally within fast-growing Enterprise SaaS or Technology companies. The ideal candidate started at a Big 4 accounting firm for 2-4 years and then built FP&A expertise at a Technology or Enterprise SaaS company for several years, of which at least 6 years as a Finance Business Partner to senior leadership. A blend of scale-up and multinational experience is highly desirable.
o Financial Planning & Analysis: Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, business reviews, and evaluating complex multi-million-dollar commercial deals.
o Extensive Engagement with Stakeholders: Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with senior leadership and successfully navigate cross-functional. collaborations to align financial strategies with business objectives.


Key engagements include:
▪ Advising senior leadership during strategic planning cycles, including annual budgets and multi-year growth plans.
▪ Presenting critical financial insights and recommendations to the CFO and executive leadership, driving informed, data-backed decisions.
▪ Collaborating with business heads to develop investment strategies, prioritize resource allocation, and optimize operational performance.
▪ Leading cross-functional discussions to evaluate high-impact commercial deals, ensuring profitability while mitigating risks.
▪ Acting as a trusted advisor during negotiations, leveraging financial insights to guide decision-making for large-scale SaaS contracts and RFP submissions.

● Educational Background: Advanced degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA or CFA a plus, but not mandatory
● Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Superior problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail balanced with strategic thinking.
● Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to articulate financial insights and strategies to business as well as technical audiences in a clear, persuasive manner - both verbally and in writing.
● Proactive Mindset: Team player with High IQ, exceptional EQ, and a results-driven attitude, with the resilience to thrive in dynamic environments.
