The Job At-A-Glance
Q2 is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting Systems  to lead our Finance and Accounting Systems team! Our ideal candidate will be someone that has successfully managed and has a solid technical core with a deep understanding of how ERP systems work and interact across various applications and integrations. You can balance a team across both production, day-to-day support, as well as partnering to set the longer term project and enhancement roadmap for improvements to support the business users.  You also have a good understanding of accounting and finance business processes.  You may not be able to personally close the books and build the forecast, but you understand the users processes well enough to collaborate with them on finding the optimal technology solutions to simplify and streamline their processes.  Moreover, you have strong communication skills and have influenced executives to champion strategies and have a track record of building highly engaged and high performing IT teams.
If you're someone that has a passion for understanding business challenges and solving them, likes leveraging data driven solutions, enjoys working with technology and embraces self-learning and independent work in a fast paced environment, you'll likely feel right at home on this team!

  • Develop your teams to ensure we have the right skills and an organizational roadmap that will meet the ever-growing demands of a high growth company
  • Work with your team to provide input to solutions and architecture
