Requirements
- Master's / bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor operations.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience driving standardization, operational efficiency, and labor productivity, including managing systems and processes across globally dispersed teams.
- Proven track record of leading projects involving innovative technologies and advanced data analytics to improve workload productivity in a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Expertise in statistics, data analysis, modeling, and structured problem solving.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability in personnel and resource management, including talent development and mentoring.
- Advanced project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in systems, applications, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
