Job Description Summary:
The role will focus primarily on developing growth strategies for Coca-Cola Zero variants in Latin America (LATAM). This includes devising strategies and plans to drive sustainable business growth. The role involves managing the Operating Unit (OU) brand by coordinating and working with key internal and external cross-functional partners to achieve mid- and short-term objectives and business plan metrics, while also providing leadership and motivation.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Develop mid-term (2-3 years) growth strategies and annual brand plans for the region, leveraging local consumer insights to connect consumers to Coca Cola brands in unique, differentiated, and competitively advantageous ways.
• Understand the global vision to translate local priorities and areas of focus.
• Illuminate the brand potential and strategy to inspire key customers and bottlers to support and accelerate commercial activities of the Coca-Cola Zero variant in key markets and retail channels.
• Identify key business priorities and work with cross-functional partners and agencies to launch brand and retail marketing programs and supporting materials.
• Lead cross-functional teams with strong project management skills on work assignments and tasks; provide direction and manage timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives.
• Manage campaigns and innovation projects by developing and aligning briefs, overseeing the creation and end-to-end process, and approving the final project bundle.
• Lead analysis to inform strategy drivers, identify opportunities, and define levers to drive business across multiple LATAM markets.
• Recommend variant calendars at OU and market levels, allocating DME to creative and activity types.
• Support the development of channel and in-store execution plans, collaborating with bottling partners and customers.
• Possess financial knowledge (NSR, OI, margins) and recommend LRP and ABP growth targets, while continuously improving metrics (e.g., weekly drinkers, shopper basket incidence, and brand equity) through performance management, learning, and course-correction.
• Work in partnership with the Global Category Lead (GCL) for Coca-Cola Choices to provide input on the high-level category agenda and global brand strategy.
o For global/regional campaigns and innovation projects, develop and align briefs, oversee creation and pre-testing, and recommend the final project bundle.

Fluent English is required;
Work Focus:
• Ability to provide input on portfolio strategy for a category, including OU-level nuances on global brands and regional/local brand outlook.
• Ability to lead integrated brand strategy across markets (positioning, innovation, occasions, and general competitive opportunities).
• Ability to oversee regional and local brand creative strategy (creative ideas and execution).
• Have a deep understanding of consumers, grounded in insights and analytics.
• Possess business/commercial acumen, including financial expertise.
