Job Description

  • Design, implement and optimize customer loyalty program to enhance customer retention, drive repeat business, and increase customer lifetime value

  • Monitor and optimize loyalty programs to meet customer needs and maximize customer engagement

  • Develop strategies to retain customers and reduce churn through personalized offers and communications

  • Optimize program performance by analyzing participation, redemption rate, customer lifetime value, and engagement data

  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture customers at every stage of their journey

  • Collaborate with CRM and Performance Marketing team to plan loyalty-focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Push notifications, email, in-app, etc.)

  • Drive platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics (e.g. DAU/MAU, purchases)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or customer analytics roles

  • Strong understanding of loyalty program design and customer lifecycle marketing

  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term loyalty
