The Senior / Learning Associate supports the Corporate Academy in the delivery and coordination of learning initiatives that strengthen employee capability and organizational performance. 

The role focuses on independently coordinating leadership and functional development programmes, supporting learning operations, and ensuring effective execution of end-to-end learning activities. The role involves responsibility in stakeholder coordination, programme management, and learning data support. Working closely with HR Business Partners, programme facilitators, and internal stakeholders, the incumbent contributes to building a strong learning culture by ensuring quality learning experiences and reliable programme delivery aligned with business needs. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of leadership and functional development programmes under the Corporate Academy, including scheduling, nominations, programme logistics, and session readiness
  • Support HR Business Partners and line managers in implementing learning interventions by coordinating enrolments, consolidating information, and following through on programme actions
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors/facilitators to manage programme timelines, logistics, and delivery requirements
  • Maintain accurate learning records and trackers; support monitoring of learning participation, feedback, and effectiveness metrics
  • Assist in preparing learning reports, dashboards, and insights to support data tracking and continuous improvement
  • Manage programme communications (pre-, during-, and post-programme), including participant briefings, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Support learning operations and platform-related activities to ensure smooth learner experiences
  • Contribute to learning culture initiatives by supporting engagement activities, awareness efforts, and the adoption of learning resources
  • Provide guidance and on-the-job support to Associates where required to ensure consistent execution standards

 

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree  in HR, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 3 years of experience in L&D operations, HR, training coordination, or programme management (corporate learning preferred)
  • Proven experience coordinating end-to-end training programmes (scheduling, nominations/enrolments, logistics, session readiness)
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders (e.g., HRBPs, line managers) and external vendors/facilitators
  • Experience supporting learning data tracking and reporting (participation, feedback, basic effectiveness metrics) 
  •  Strong programme coordination and project management discipline (timeline tracking, follow-through, attention to detail)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (pre/during/post programme comms, reminders, follow-ups)
  • Experience with learning operations / LMS support (e.g., enrolments, learner support, platform-related activities)
  • Strong data hygiene and reporting skills (trackers, dashboards, insights; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency)
