What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead operations data, systems, and digital enablement across enterprise resource planning and advanced planning platforms. This role will serve as a key integrator between Operations and IT – ensuring strong data governance, scalable process design, and effective adoption of digital solutions that improve efficiency, resilience, and decision quality.
Job Duties:
Master Data Governance and Data Stewardship
Define, govern, and enforce SAP master data standards
Ensure Operations data accuracy, consistency, and fitness-for-use to support planning, reporting, and execution.
Digital Enablement and Adoption
Drive adoption of APS, SAP, and analytics tools by translating Operations workflows into scalable, digital-ready processes.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align business policies, planning workflows, and system capabilities, driving enterprise-wide adoption.
Operations Digitalization Governance
Consolidate and evaluate Operations system requests to ensure alignment with the overall automation and digital strategy.
Partner with IT and system owners to review solution designs and ensure end-to-end process impact is considered.
Process Efficiency, Resilience and Scalability
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate Operations processes.
Drive improvements that enhance planning agility, supply chain resilience, and scalability.
Lead cross-functional efforts to reduce manual work, cycle time, and operational risk.
Analytics Enablement and Standardization
Standardize Operations reporting structure, and ensure analytics outputs are trusted, explainable, and aligned with decision-making needs.
Support development and deployment of dashboards and analytical solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Change Management, Training & Adoption
Coordinate training, communication, and rollout of digital initiatives across Operations functions.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of new processes, tools, and responsibilities.
Education:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Process Management or Engineering, or equivalent disciplines that provided students with well-rounded education in business principles and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong working knowledge of SAP master data and Operations data flows, with the ability to independently own data quality and governance.
Proven experience translating Operations workflows into scalable, digital-ready solutions across SAP, APS, and analytics platforms.
Deep understanding of data stewardship, reporting integrity, and KPI standardization in an Operations environment.
Solid understanding of semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing operations, including planning, execution, and supplier interactions.
Demonstrated ability to simplify, standardize, and automate processes, reducing manual effort and operational risk.
Hands-on expertise with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to deliver trusted, explainable insights.
Ability to influence outcomes through cross-functional collaboration, training, and change enablement—without direct authority.
At least 5 years’ experience in business analysis, process engineering or operations management
Knowledge of VBA and SQL and experienced in analyzing large data sets
Experience in master data management and governance is a plus
