About the role
We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Senior Key Account Manager SEA (contact) for the Southeast Asian and India markets. This role will be a maternity cover for 6 months period.
As a Senior Key Account Manager SEA (contact) you will
- Own and drive top-line revenue across SEA markets, with full accountability for achieving sales targets and sustainable growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key retail partners, managing end-to-end business performance including sell-in, sell-out, and inventory optimization.
- Build, develop, and strengthen strategic partnerships with key retailers to drive long-term business growth, mutual profitability, and category leadership.
- Lead data-driven decision making by consolidating and analyzing sales performance from offline channels, delivering clear and actionable weekly insights to global stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the retail pipeline, including onboarding new partners and expanding product assortments within existing accounts.
- Own demand planning and forecast alignment with retail partners, ensuring optimal stock availability for new product launches and peak trading periods.
- Lead commercial negotiations with retail partners, including trading terms, product launches, in-store visibility, and strategic space/location allocation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by working closely with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service, Education, Merchandising, Legal) to execute best-in-class retail initiatives.

About you
- 5-7 years of experience in retail sales management, account management role, preferably in beauty or (and) retail
- Results driven, and analytical in approach to identifying opportunities
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Eligibility to work in Singapore
- Ability to travel when required
