The Senior Integrated Supply Chain Planning Manager is a high-impact leadership role accountable for leading Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), inventory strategy and supporting Regional Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Acting as the strategic partner to Director, Integrated Supply Chain Planning, this role aligns demand, supply, and financial objectives to enable responsive, efficient, and customer-focused supply chain performance.

Let’s Talk About the RoleAs the Senior Integrated Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will lead the execution and alignment of short- to mid-term planning processes across the region. With a focus on Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), you’ll serve as the critical link between demand forecasts, supply plans, inventory strategies, and execution on the ground.
This role is central to ensuring that customer demand is met in a timely, cost-effective, and scalable way — while optimizing inventory, production, and working capital. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders including Supply Planning, Distribution, Demand Planning, translating strategic plans into actionable supply chain activities that balance service, cost, and agility.
Your leadership will be instrumental in identifying risks, resolving constraints, and driving cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless product flow and a resilient supply network.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Leadership
Co-lead the Regional IBP process alongside the Director Integrated Supply Chain Planning to ensure alignment of demand, supply, and financial plans.
Design and implement inventory strategies to optimize to optimize stock levels, minimize excess or obsolete inventory, and improve working capital efficiency.
Act as a strategic advisor to Director Integrated Supply Chain Planning by providing insights, data-driven recommendations, and forward-looking supply chain scenarios.
Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation of planning processes.
Executional Planning & Operations
Lead the S&OE process by reviewing short term demand and supply gaps with multiple markets stakeholders
Collaborate with demand planning to interpret customer and market signals and ensure readiness across the supply network.
Implement inventory optimization models, safety stock policies, and replenishment strategies.
Monitor order fulfillment KPIs (e.g., OTIF, fill rate), inventory turnover to evaluate IBP performance and drive continuous improvement.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, from shortages to logistics delays and external events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the planning lead and subject matter expert in cross-functional projects.
Build effective relationships with Supply Planning, Distribution, and multiple in Market stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational and commercial goals.
Drive transparency and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in IBP, S&OE, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in inventory strategy, IBP, S&OE, supply planning, and demand forecasting.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools, especially Power BI and advanced planning systems (e.g., o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally and externally.
Strong knowledge of regional supply chain dynamics and market trends across the region.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage competing priorities.
Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, or IBP certification) are a plus.
