Senior Infrastructure Engineer – VMware Workspace One / Horizon Engineer

As a VMware Workspace ONE engineer, you will design, implement, and support VMware Workspace ONE solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain VMware Workspace ONE solutions based on client requirements.
• Configure and integrate VMware Workspace ONE components, including VMware Identity Manager, VMware AirWatch, and VMware Horizon.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on VMware Workspace ONE architecture and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VMware Workspace ONE solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of VMware Workspace ONE solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in VMware technologies.
• Design, deploy, and maintain VMware Horizon solutions based on client requirements.
• Configure and integrate VMware Horizon components, including VMware Horizon View, VMware Unified Access Gateway (UAG), and VMware App Volumes.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on VMware Horizon architecture and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VMware Horizon solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10 years of experience working with VMware technologies, focusing on VMware Workspace ONE.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting VMware Workspace ONE solutions.
• Strong understanding of VMware Workspace ONE components, including VMware Identity Manager, VMware AirWatch, and VMware Horizon.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• VMware certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional - Digital Workspace) are a plus.
