About The Role: 

Join a dynamic team of Professional Services individuals who help client’s gain more control over their treasury, risk & liquidity operations, and processes.  The role combines deep functional implementation expertise with project oversight responsibilities for subcontracted partner-led deployments and partner subscription delivery services. 

The role is primarily responsible for enabling, guiding and supporting partners in the design, implementation, configuration, testing, training and go-live support for Kyriba clients, while also providing governance and operational oversight across projects delivered by partners. The successful candidate will act as a connectivity and functional expert and delivery steward for partner-led implementations, ensuring partners are equipped to deliver in line with Kyriba methodology, quality expectations and customer commitments. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This role is expected to operate with an approximate focus on 70% Senior Implementation consultant responsibilities and 30% Project Manager / partner oversight responsibilities

Senior Implementation Consultant Responsibilities, (70%)

  • Support partners in leading solution design workshops and translating business requirements into Kyriba solution designs. 

  • Guide partners in the preparation of solution design documentation, including blueprint and related functional deliverables. 

  • Provide expert functional and solutioning support to partners for Kyriba implementations across relevant modules. 

  • Advise partners on configuration approaches, workflow design and testing strategy within client environments. 

  • Support partners during testing, go-live preparation and post-go-live stabilization as needed. 

  • Deliver training, coaching and knowledge transfer to partners to strengthen their implementation capability. This extends the SIC training responsibilities toward partner enablement based on the original training and certification focus. 

  • Lead or facilitate issue resolution discussions with partners and internal teams on complex functional or solution topics

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for complex designs, implementation challenges and solution best practices.

  • Apply Kyriba implementation methodology and project management best practices across all partner-supported implementations. 

  • Ensure key tasks, deliverables and implementation milestones are clearly understood and appropriately tracked across partner-led engagements. 

  • Obtain and maintain Kyriba Center of Excellence certification across relevant functional and technical modules, including advanced modules. 

  • Work with management on an ongoing development plan to expand product, solution and industry knowledge, and to support evolving partner needs. 

Project Manager / Partner Delivery Oversight Responsibilities, 30%

  • Coordinate and oversee subcontracted partner-led projects and partner deployment subscription services to ensure delivery progress, quality and compliance with Kyriba standards. 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners to support effective collaboration, transparency and delivery success. 

  • Monitor project scope, timelines, milestones, resource plans and delivery health across partner-managed engagements. 

  • Maintain project metrics, go-live forecasts, status reporting and budget visibility in Kyriba’s PSA and project management tools. 

  • Track subcontracted project hours and financial budgets, and communicate budget consumption, delivery risks and escalation points to internal stakeholders. 

  • Ensure changes in scope, risks, issues and dependencies are captured, communicated and actively managed with partners. 

  • Conduct regular project governance and oversight meetings with partners and internal stakeholders to review progress, actions and delivery risks. 

  • Assess partner delivery quality and identify areas where additional support, intervention or capability uplift is required. This is aligned to your specific requirement that the role ensure partners deliver quality projects and operate at the necessary skill level.

  • Identify partner skills gaps and work with internal leadership to support partner enablement, training and readiness improvement.

  • Act as an escalation point for delivery concerns, helping partners navigate complex implementation issues while protecting project outcomes, timelines and budget. 

  • Support operational governance activities related to subcontracted delivery, including budget control, project status management and overall partner delivery performance. 

Education, Experience and Skills

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in treasury management system implementations, corporate treasury, professional services, SaaS, fintech, ERP or other relevant financial systems environments, aligned with the seniority expected of the Senior Implementation Consultant role. 

  • Strong implementation consulting experience, including solution design, configuration, testing, training and go-live support. 

  • Experience working with partners, subcontractors, resellers or third-party delivery teams is strongly preferred.

  • Experience overseeing or managing software implementation projects, particularly where delivery is performed by external or partner teams. 

  • Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues and change governance effectively. 

  • Strong knowledge in one or more of the following is a plus: Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations and Risk Management. 

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or relevant work experience. 

  • PMP, Prince2 or other project management certification is a plus. 

  • Excellent problem-solving ability, critical thinking and a practical, solution-oriented mindset. 

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to influence partners and work effectively across cross-functional teams.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness. 

For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is S$132,600.00 - S$167,775.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
