To maintain 100% team productivity by eliminating all external stressors. You are responsible for the physical and logistical ecosystem of our employees and their families, ensuring that "Quality of Life" translates directly into "Peak Performance."

Key Duties

HR Operations & Administration

  • Full scope of HR operations in full compliance with Singaporean legislation (HR paperwork, payroll, benefits administration).
  • Immigration support: administration of employment passes, invitations for short-term visas.
  • Vendor management (payroll, immigration, insurance broker).
  • Global HR projects and processes support (KPIs, Performance management, onboarding/offboarding etc.)

Family office support

  • Immigration: End-to-end management of EP, DP, and LTVP for employees, families, and relatives, including proactive renewals and residency/passport tracking.
  • Handle personal income tax filings and tax clearance (IR21) proactively to prevent financial friction for the team.

Requirements

Technical & Professional

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Singapore HR Ops with deep knowledge of MOM (Ministry of Manpower) and IRAS (Tax) regulations.
  • Proven track record in managing external payroll providers and complex HR reporting.
  • Ability to develop and refine HR policies that balance legal requirements with a high-performance culture.

Core Competencies

  • The "Proactive" Gene: You do not wait for requests; you identify risks (visa expiration, school deadlines etc.) and solve them in advance.
  • High-End Standards: You maintain a “concierge” mindset – always ready to assist in ensuring the team’s living and working conditions are exceptional.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to monitor KPIs and data to drive improvements in both HR processes and office environment quality.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing recruitment processes for both R&D (technical, engineering, and product) and non-R&D (corporate and administrative) roles.
  • Prior experience working as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), demonstrating the ability to support business leaders with workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
What We Offer
  • 💻 Choice of work equipment (e.g., laptop, monitor, etc.)
  • 🇬🇧 English classes (iTalki – $130 monthly)

  • 🧑‍💻 Remote work in locations without our offices
  • Hybrid work in locations with offices (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
