As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead the new user acquisition growth strategy, propose and prioritize initiatives based on maximum impact
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to optimize website performance and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering, data teams to implement and iterate on growth initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Use a mix of quantitative and qualitative data to extract website visitor behavioral and performance insights. Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive new user acquisition on our website.
- You guarantee the quality of the experiments. Propose, define, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to improve website conversion rates and optimize our key acquisition funnels.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or digital experimentation, with a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in website conversion rates.
- Strategic leadership experience– Develop and execute end-to-end web funnel strategies, set and track OKRs, and drive measurable business impact.
- Team Management & Autonomy – Lead and mentor a small team (1-2 people) while operating independently in a highly autonomous role.
- Deep expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization strategies, using tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms to track user behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, web design best practices, and front-end performance optimization to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Experience with landing page optimization, lead generation strategies, and checkout flow enhancements to improve conversion rates.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tests, manage roadmaps, and align stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering teams.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to form hypotheses, set clear KPIs, and iterate quickly based on test results.
- Passion for experimentation and continuous improvement, with a deep curiosity for understanding what drives user behavior and decision-making online.
- Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment – Thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous setting by proactively identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
- Has excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English.
