Job Responsibilities :

Razer’s Software Business Unit is looking for an experienced Senior Growth Manager.
This role is a hybrid, performance marketing primary, partnership development secondary role.
The selected candidate will lead all aspect of market growth initiatives – particularly in performance and experiential marketing. In a minor parallel, the candidate should possess software business development experiences, inclusive of crafting commercial partnership strategy and designing / executing monetization tactics.

Responsibilities:
•    Partner with Business Data and Growth Analyst to identify, onboard, and optimize growth partners and vendors performances  
•    Create new revenue driven commercial relationships and manages existing ones
•    Manage and coach assigned Partner Success Manager to structure new partnership proposals, develop implementation plans, and close deals

Expected skills and experience:
•    Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing  
•    8+ years of working experience in business development, strategic partnership management with a B2B focus software sales; advertising and/or affiliate program sales preferred 
•    Deep knowledge in performance marketing and related areas such as campaign set up, channel and asset optimizations 
•    Experience and proven track record in startup business management with P&L responsibility
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and entrepreneur mindset
•    Strong business acumen and analytical skills – Complex problem-solving skills
•    Strong personality with the ability to define ambiguity and comfortable to operate in multiple time zones
•    Outstanding written, oral and reading communication skills with English
•    Ability to travel up to 30% 

Preferred attributes: 
•    Fluent in Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean, in both written and oral
•    Proven experience in managing projects under multiple time zones 
•    MBA a plus
