Senior Go-to-Market Technology Operations Analyst (Martech) - Remote

The Go-to-Market Technology Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and implementation of marketing & sales technologies. This role focuses on ensuring that systems are running efficiently and that platforms are effectively supporting the broader go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with the Revenue Operations team to improve workflows, automate processes, and provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams.
Focus on the Martech Stack (Marketo, Drift, Bynder, Sprout Social, SplashThat)
Assist in the selection, implementation, and optimization of our GTM technologies, ensuring they align with business needs.
Coordinate vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs for all third-party applications and services within the GTM application landscape.
Monitor day-to-day performance of platforms ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams, troubleshooting platform issues and resolving them promptly.
Assist in the ongoing maintenance and updates of GTM tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with sales and marketing platforms, escalating when necessary.
Assist in ensuring that platforms are aligned with company policies and data compliance regulations.
Track system performance and generate reports to highlight key operational metrics..
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and that all systems align with company policies.
Collaborate with team members to identify ways to improve workflow automation and tool usage.
Work on the integration of new tools into the existing technology stack, ensuring smooth transitions.
Train team members on new technologies and updates to ensure proper adoption.
Streamline and automate operational processes across the GTM tech stack, enhancing overall productivity, with a focus on Martech
Create scalable processes and workflows that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing operations.
Track and report on the performance of technology systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with key business metrics.
Establish and enforce best practices for technology use, data management, and process optimization.
Collaborate with the operations manager to identify areas for process improvement and automation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, but not required.
3-5 years of experience working with marketing technologies.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other operational tools.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to implement technology solutions.
Familiarity with data compliance requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience supporting cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Marketo Experience Preferred.
