This role sits at the heart of that transformation.

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial, future-focused Senior Global Brand Manager to lead the global Sensorial Innovation platform for Dirt Is Good. Based in Singapore, you will shape one of the brand's most exciting growth opportunities, translating emerging consumer trends into breakthrough innovation, superior experiences and scalable global platforms.

You will work at the intersection of culture, science, fragrance, design and technology to create innovative propositions that drive premiumisation, increase usage occasions and unlock new growth spaces for the category.

You will lead innovation development from early trend spotting through to global deployment, helping shape the future growth agenda for one of Unilever's largest and most iconic brands. The successful candidate will work closely with key business units and innovation teams across:

  • China
  • Indonesia
  • Thailand
  • Vietnam
  • Philippines
  • Emerging growth markets

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Senior Global Brand Manager will lead the global Sensorial Innovation platform and be responsible for creating a multi-year innovation pipeline capable of driving consumer delight, premium growth and category leadership.

The role will combine strategic thinking, consumer understanding, innovation development and exceptional stakeholder management.

You will partner closely with local markets, R&D, CMI, Design, Supply Chain and external partners to ensure innovations are both globally scalable and locally relevant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Global Sensorial Innovation Strategy

  • Define and shape the long-term vision for Dirt Is Good's sensorial platform.
  • Identify emerging consumer trends, white spaces and future demand opportunities.
  • Translate cultural insights and consumer behaviours into breakthrough innovation opportunities.
  • Develop a robust rolling innovation pipeline across fragrance, product experience and premium platforms.

Drive Future-Focused Innovation

  • Create end-to-end innovation projects from concept through commercialization.
  • Build propositions that combine superior product performance with emotional and sensorial benefits.
  • Explore new technologies, formats and experiences that can create category disruption.
  • Partner with R&D to bring superior consumer experiences to life.

Dock Key Markets

Act as the primary global partner and strategic lead for key markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong market partnerships and influence.
  • Driving alignment between global priorities and local opportunities.
  • Ensuring innovations reflect both local cultural relevance and global scalability.
  • Supporting markets through key business planning moments and innovation deployment.

Build Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify opportunities with fragrance houses, ingredient suppliers, technology partners and cultural collaborators.
  • Explore partnerships that strengthen the brand's relevance and leadership in emerging consumer spaces.
  • Drive externally inspired thinking into the innovation funnel.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams

  • Inspire and align diverse teams across Marketing, R&D, Design, CMI and Supply Chain.
  • Lead large global project teams from ideation through market launch.
  • Ensure excellence in project management and in-market execution.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who combines strategic vision with creativity and executional excellence.

  • Have significant experience in global or regional innovation.
  • Have led large-scale innovation projects from concept through launch.
  • Are passionate about understanding consumers, culture and emerging trends.
  • Have experience working across Asia and highly diverse markets.
  • Are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and love creating what does not yet exist.
  • Are equally excited by consumer insight, fragrance, culture, technology and commercial results.
