About the role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. This role requires a hands-on engineer capable of building high-quality front-end interfaces and robust back-end services, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features.
The ideal candidate is passionate about learning new technologies, writing clean and maintainable code, and contributing to high-performing engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React, React Native, or Angular depending on project scope.
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and frameworks such as Loopback.
Integrate applications with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Ensure code quality through proper testing practices, including unit, integration, and automated tests.
Deploy and maintain applications in AWS environments.
Support CI/CD workflows, continuous integration, and automated deployment pipelines.
Monitor application performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency across cloud services.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product) to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Communicate clearly with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding technical decisions and project progress.
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the engineering team.
Perform code reviews, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and best practices.
Identify performance issues, propose improvements, and ensure scalable architecture design.
Contribute to documentation of systems, APIs, workflows, and architecture.
Must Have Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and distributed services.technical decisions and project progress.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, component-based architectures.
Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
Hands-on experience deploying applications on AWS.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Test-Driven Development.
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high ownership.
Nice to have Requirements
Experience with React Native for mobile development.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation.
Background in project coordination or Scrum Master responsibilities.
Experience migrating or refactoring legacy codebases.
Contributions to open-source projects or personal technical projects.
