About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with an AI-first mindset. You will own projects end-to-end, translating product concepts from the Founder into scalable, production-ready applications. The initial focus will be building a platform to manage deals, submissions, offers, and advances, embedding AI at the core to automate workflows and surface insights.
This role requires someone self-directed with a strong point of view: confident working autonomously, yet collaborative on key decisions. You should be comfortable leveraging modern tools, AI-assisted coding, and low-code approaches where they accelerate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and develop a cloud-based system to manage deals, submissions, offers, and advances.
- Collaborate with the Founder to translate high-level product concepts into software.
- Build applications using an AI-first tech stack (e.g. Node.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks).
- Automate workflows with AI to streamline critical business processes.
- Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL experience required).
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and infrastructure (e.g. Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, and VPS setups).
- Leverage AI-assisted coding and low-code tools for rapid iteration.
- Work with design-to-code bridges (e.g. Figma’s Model Context Protocol).
- Maintain version control and project management workflows (e.g. GitHub, and Linear).
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong track record of delivering end-to-end software platforms with measurable impact.
- Expertise in modern development stack (Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks).
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and serverless architecture.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and scalable database design.
- Familiarity with design-to-code workflows (e.g. Figma MCP).
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants and low-code platforms.
- Experience integrating AI APIs and services (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical leadership with the ability to justify and stand by architectural decisions.
