Job Description

For this position, we are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to assist one of our clients - a leading technology provider for private banking and wealth management, serving financial institutions across Europe and Asia.

With the current innovative technology environment, the client has started an ambitious journey to modernization of its technical product offering starting with the digital e-banking.

To participate to this transformation, we are looking for an enthusiastic Front-end Developer to join our UI team to build amazing user experiences with Angular. The developer will apply their extensive experience with modern technologies and practices to help end-users make effective use of e-banking.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality responsive web application

  • Develop and test new features
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Knowledge on 3rd party libraries and able to update and migrate the code base.
  • Participate in code reviews and constructive design discussions to deliver maintainable and practical solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Make recommendations on how to evolve the code base
  • Accurately estimate development effort
  • Squash bugs
  • Participate in peer code reviews
  • Mentor junior developers
  • Knowledge in CI/CD pipeline and able to maintain it when necessary.
  • Thorough knowledge in unit, e2e and integration testing.

Qualifications

    • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 10 years’ experience in design and development in a full stack environment
    • More than 5+ years of experience doing web development primarily using Angular Framework
    • Solid functional and hands on experience in developing Banking applications
    • Candidate should have a good understanding of Agile methodologies
    • Excellent Problem-solving skills, self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented
    • Should have good Verbal and written communication
    • Experience in working with APIs and integrating it.
