About You
We're looking to recruit a Snr FP&A Manager, Commercial Finance APAC to support the Asia Pacific team's commercial performance. This role reports to VP, Finance , APAC, based in Singapore.
Your role will lead Lead Commercial Finance across the region, partnering with the VP Finance and regional commercial leaders with accountabilities for driving profitable growth through robust financial insight, disciplined planning, and effective execution. Own regional reporting, forecasting, and planning processes, support senior performance reviews, and lead the annual contracting cycle.

What You’ll Be Doing
Commercial Finance Business Partnering
- Accountability for commercial finance performance for a large (>$500m), complex, multi‑market region.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to Regional Sales and commercial leaders to improve performance.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to sales and cross‑functional teams to support strategic growth.
- Lead financial support for key customer and contract negotiations, including pricing and cost structures.
- Deliver high‑quality performance reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities against regional targets.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure forecasts reflect S&OP outcomes, sales pipeline, and pricing initiatives.
- Partner with AR/Collections to improve cash flow and reduce write‑off exposure.
- Leverage management information to drive incremental regional performance.
FP&A – Forecasting, Budgeting, and Planning
- Analyse and communicate performance drivers versus budget, forecast, and prior year to Group Finance and regional leadership.
- Continuously improve regional FP&A capabilities in partnership with Group FP&A and VP Finance.
- Lead delivery of forecasts, budgets, and the 5‑year plan with sales leadership; prepare Executive and management reporting.
- Own the month‑end management reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective review with Group stakeholders.
- Lead the financial outlook process, from commercial discussions to senior‑level reporting.
- Prepare reporting for regional leadership and deputise for the VP Finance as required.
- Translate financial outcomes into clear actions and improvement plans.
- Own implementation of the regional SIP model and year‑end incentive payouts.
Annual Contracting
- Lead the regional annual contracting process to ensure delivery of volume, pricing, and margin targets.
- Challenge sales and product teams on assumptions, pricing, and volumes ahead of contracting cycles.
- Ensure cost drivers and market headwinds are well understood prior to price setting.
- Validate alignment between commercial targets and strategic plans, including investment cases.
- Own contracting performance reporting and drive value‑focused review forums.
- Provide real‑time impact analysis and escalation of risks.
Leadership and Other Responsibilities
- Lead and develop regional FP&A and business‑partnering teams, including indirect resources via GBS.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering high performance and career development.
- Work closely with Regional Control and Supply Chain Finance to ensure an integrated finance organisation.
- Partner with Procurement on cost and value assessments.
- Lead strategic financial deep dives, including cost‑to‑serve, route‑to‑market, and M&A evaluations.
- Represent the region at Group and regional leadership forums as required.
- Constructively challenge senior commercial leaders to support profit and cash delivery.
- Support major tenders, quotes, and long‑term commercial agreements.
- Promote a strong team culture and an engaging finance function.

What You'll have
- Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience in Finance.
- Bachelor’s degree with a recognised professional finance qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA).
- Proven commercial finance experience in a large, complex, multinational organisation.
- Strong business partnering capability, influencing senior leaders across finance and non‑finance functions.
- Confident communicator, able to present complex financial insights to ExCo and executive audiences.
- Deep understanding of performance drivers, profitability, and value creation.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to work with imperfect data and systems.
- Advanced financial modelling, Excel, and presentation skills; able to translate data into clear insights and actions.
- Strong stakeholder management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive process improvement, and operate effectively in ambiguity.
- Self‑starter with resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative leadership mindset
