As part of the wider APAC Finance & Accounting function, you will work closely with local finance teams, the Finance Shared Services Centre, and Group stakeholders to support statutory compliance, financial reporting, and regional growth initiatives.

You will operate within a regional, multi-entity environment, supporting companies across multiple APAC countries. The role involves working with stakeholders at all levels, from local entity teams to senior regional and Group functions, in a collaborative and dynamic setting. You will be part of a continuous learning environment, with exposure to regional integrations, system implementations, and evolving regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include the execution, coordination, and delivery of finance and accounting services across APAC entities, including but not limited to:

    • Managing statutory audits for APAC entities, including planning, coordination with auditors, and review of statutory financial statements.
    • Ensuring compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements, including timely statutory filings and disclosures.
    • Supporting monthly and annual financial closing in line with Group timelines and standards.
    • Driving process improvements and standardisation across APAC entities, including implementation of Group policies and finance tools.
    • Working closely with the Finance Shared Services Centre to ensure quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
    • Managing non-standard and complex finance transactions, including intercompany matters, restructurings, and integrations.
    • Acting as a key finance partner to internal and external stakeholders, including Group Tax, Treasury, Audit, Legal, and external advisors.
    • Supporting regional integrations, legal mergers, and new company incorporations across APAC.

    • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and cross-border transactions.
