Position Summary

Act as a dedicated Finance Business Partner between Singapore and HQ, handling accounting transactions, monthly financial analysis & reporting, and vendor management. Manage assets collaboratively with stakeholders, conduct bi-annual inspections, and oversee asset lifecycles & disposals. Liaise with various stakeholders to align project goals, manage daily operations, mitigate risks / issues, coordinate procurement efforts with HQ, and support projects & employee programs by communicating policy changes.

Role and Responsibilities

Accounting Management

  • Act as dedicated Finance Business Partner between SG and HQ.
  • Maintain all accounting transactions for the business.
  • Monthly Financial Analysis and Reporting with schedules preparation.
  • Vendor Management including registration of new vendors.
  • Ensure cost re-charge s executed on timely manner.

Resource Management

  • Manage assets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct bi-annual asset inspection and reporting.
  • Manage asset lifecycle and execute disposal when required.

Operation Management

  • Liaise with various stakeholders to align project goals and communications.
  • Managing daily operations and monitor & address any risk/issues.
  • Collaboration with HQ on purchase, delivery, and sourcing of local vendors.
  • Providing support to projects and employee programs, and communicating any policy changes to project team members.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in accounting or any other related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of accounting experience, particularly with SAP system exposure
  • Strong financial acumen with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and take-on new tasks and eager to learn.
