About the job:
- Oversee daily operations at the finance collection counter.
- Handle and respond to finance-related email requests.
- Monitor and follow up on aged receivables.
- Perform Accounts Receivable adjustments.
- Process other forms of receipts via non-finance collection counter.
- Manage GIRO and recurring credit card payment applications.
- Perform monthly reconciliations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
About you:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general finance operations.
- Familiarity with payment processing, GIRO setups, and credit card recurring payment administration.
- Strong understanding of receivables management, including monitoring and follow‑up on aged accounts.
- Experience with performing AR adjustments and monthly reconciliations.
