About the job:

  • Oversee daily operations at the finance collection counter.
  • Handle and respond to finance-related email requests.
  • Monitor and follow up on aged receivables.
  • Perform Accounts Receivable adjustments.
  • Process other forms of receipts via non-finance collection counter.
  • Manage GIRO and recurring credit card payment applications.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

About you:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general finance operations.
  • Familiarity with payment processing, GIRO setups, and credit card recurring payment administration.
  • Strong understanding of receivables management, including monitoring and follow‑up on aged accounts.
  • Experience with performing AR adjustments and monthly reconciliations.
