Position Summary

The Marketplace & Campaign Coordinator supports the planning and execution of third-party marketplace initiatives across regions. This role monitors KPIs, streamlines store setups, and collaborates with platform partners on key programs like Live Commerce and Trade-In. Additionally, the coordinator manages campaign calendars, consolidates performance data, and provides insights to drive alignment, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Monitor KPIs and marketplace setup across regions; provide insights to improve performance.
  • Develop best practices for key product categories to support cross-market alignment.
  • Collaborate with external platform partners to support key initiatives such as Joint Business Planning, Integrated Trade-In programs, and Live Commerce.
  • Oversee the scheduling and execution of Live Commerce sessions, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines across all regions.
  • Consolidate campaign data from local markets, including revenue targets, timelines, visibility plans, and model-level promotion details.
  • Maintain regular communication with regional teams to collect monthly campaign calendars and ensure timely submission of interim and final performance reports.
  • Support strategic decision-making by gathering and synthesizing competitor benchmarks and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce and campaign management
  • Strong background in live commerce operations and campaign execution across digital marketplaces
  • Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with regional platform and third parties as well as persuade stakeholders
  • Good project management skills, able to effectively work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure sales target is being met.
  • Sound analytical skills, to be able to acquire and analyse data to draw actionable insights and apply towards sales achievement
  • Strong execution & follow through skills with multi-functional team & external partners
