Your New Role
Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a Senior Executive - Performance Creative Strategy, for Warner Bros. Discovery, APAC based in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about television, movies, entertainment, and technology. He/she will have a deep understanding of digital performance marketing and be a champion for the consumer. Finally, the right candidate must be a "doer" who can consistently deliver world-class campaign execution through flawless project management.
This role is part of a team that believes in working fast, being accountable, and relentlessly challenging the status quo. This is a small lean team, and as such candidate will need to be able to have good cross-functional collaboration and get in the trenches to drive work forward and have a high output. This role will be responsible for day-to-day creative ad management and operations of HBO GO digital marketing and subscriber acquisition programs.
Your Role Accountabilities

  • The role will lead creative ad management across all digital platforms, working closely with creative services team, growth marketing strategy team and media buying team to understand, consolidate and roll out marketing asset requirements.
  • Plan, traffic and apply relevant tracking taxonomies across digital creative acquisition materials (for mobile app and website) for SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, programmatic, etc.
  • Assist on reviewing and adapting copy creations for assets trafficked across digital channels.
  • Help to plan, execute, and measure test-and-learn initiatives across ad creatives and landing pages to optimize conversion.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all creative requirements to be used on Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Interface with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to drive superior digital creative execution. Act as a project leader, marshalling the efforts of internal teams and partners to deliver accurate campaign trafficking.
  • Be part of the planning process for digital marketing, give voice to operational requirements and operations. Understand strategy and know how key digital platforms (e.g. Facebook/Instagram, YouTube) work from a paid advertising perspective.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in creative trafficking or project management
  • Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiar with digital planning and implementation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Excel proficiency a must
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure, test & refine
  • Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data to extract insights
  • Comfortable with fast-paced and demanding environments, possessing high level of intellectual curiosity, and strong judgment in the face of ambiguity
