Job Description

You will be part of our Listed Funds-Investor Relations team and will report to Head, Listed Funds-Investor Relations.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Communication

  • Drafts and coordinates the release of quarterly earnings materials, annual and interim reports, and investor presentations

  • Ensures all public disclosures comply with regulatory standards and are consistent in messaging

  • Draft clear, compelling narratives around company strategy, financial health, competitive positioning, and future outlook

2. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Responds to investor inquiries with accuracy and timeliness, balancing transparency with confidentiality and compliance

  • Coordinates non-deal roadshows, investor days, site visits, and conference participation

  • Develops and maintains a database of current and prospective investors, tracking engagement and sentiment

  • Support with IR budget planning

3. Market Intelligence and Analysis

  • Monitors industry trends, competitor performance, and macroeconomic developments that may impact the company’s valuation and investor sentimen

  • Performs peer group analysis to benchmark financial and operational performance

  • Provides regular reports and actionable insights to on share price drivers, trading activity, and investor feedback

  • Analyses sell-side research, earnings forecasts, and consensus estimates to anticipate market expectations

  • Identifying shifts in investor base and targeting new potential shareholders

4. Disclosure and Compliance

  • Ensures that all investor communications, websites and presentations comply with relevant securities laws and stock exchange requirements

  • Coordinates timely filing of regulatory documents

  • Ensures key risks arising from Investor Relations activities are proactively identified, assessed, monitored, reported and resolved, including handling complaints

5. Relationship Management

  • Builds trust and credibility with the investment community by demonstrating industry knowledge, responsiveness, and integrity

6. Internal Collaboration

  • Works closely with management, portfolio management, investment, finance, communications, and legal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategic objectives

  • Supports the development of annual reports, sustainability reports, and other corporate disclosures

7. Event Planning and Execution

  • Organizes and manages logistics for earnings calls, investor days, analyst meetings, annual general meetings, extraordinary general meetings and other investor-focused events

  • Ensures all events run smoothly, with seamless coordination of schedules, materials, and follow-up communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Accounting or other-related discipline. Holder of the CFA, CAIA or International Certificate of Investor Relations (ICIR) will be a plus

  • At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in investor relations or corporate communications.

  • Experience in basic accounting/financial and analytical skills will be preferred.

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Proactive and able to work well in a team as well as independently.

  • Possesses good communication, organizational and time management skills.
