The Opportunity

Join one of Singapore’s market leaders in Life Insurance as an internal Events Executive. In this dynamic and growing team, you will be empowered to oversee the implementation and execution of fulfilment procedures of campaigns. You will also be responsible to manage the day-to-day enquiries, manage marketing materials and collaterals and provide support for campaigns led by your team members.

Must haves:

  • Proven Event Planning Experience (Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience)
  • Team player and able to work independently as well
  • Strong sense of customer centricity
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to details
  • Good organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Creative, proactive and good communication skills

Nice to haves:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Photoshop

On the job you will:

  • Implement and execute fulfilment procedures of events and non-events projects
  • Manage day-to-day enquiries in relation to the channel’s customer and seller campaign/promotions
  • Oversee marketing materials and collaterals for fulfilment management
  • Provide best campaign support to stakeholders and business partners
  • Initiate event proposals which meet stakeholders’ and business partners’ requirements
  • Maintain and managing vendor relationships regarding costing and timeline negotiations
  • Manage and oversee events on the day of and staying under budget while planning event specifications
  • Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
  • Monitor and reconcile gifts redeemed from vendors’ reports and result releases.
  • Engage vendors in accordance to company’s procurement guidelines
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
