Senior Events Director

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

MOI Global, the world’s leading multi-specialist B2B agency, is on the lookout for a Senior Events Director to join our growing team in Singapore. This permanent role is more than just delivering exceptional experiences—it's about shaping the future of experiential marketing across the entire APAC region.

Reporting to our APAC General Manager, you'll take charge of turning heads through unforgettable, insight-led virtual and in-person experiences for some of the world’s most ambitious tech brands. If you’re a strategic thinker, a natural leader, and know how to bring bold ideas to life—we want to talk.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the driving force behind our experiential offering in Singapore—and across APAC. That means leading a high-performing team, pushing creative boundaries, and making sure every event delivers real impact. You’ll:

  • Lead and empower the Singapore-based experiential team, setting clear direction and creating a culture of collaboration, creativity, and delivery excellence.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end event delivery—from logistics and speaker management to sponsorship, delegate experience, and budget control.
  • Drive strategic growth of our experiential offer across key APAC markets.
  • Collaborate with global MOI teams in London and North America, ensuring our regional execution is aligned with our global creative vision.
  • Use insights to craft experience-first strategies that deliver against business objectives—and exceed expectations.
  • Champion operational excellence, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are optimised, and clients are always in the loop.
  • Be the calm in the chaos—ready to problem-solve, guide, and lead teams confidently during fast-paced delivery.
  • Work closely with Client Services and Business teams to unlock new opportunities and elevate event-led conversations with clients.
  • Report on forecasting, revenue, and profitability, making sure everything we deliver also makes commercial sense.

What We’re Looking For

You're not just experienced—you’re insightful. You know what makes an event unforgettable. You lead by example, think beyond the brief, and bring a deep understanding of what clients really need. Here’s what we’d love you to bring to the table:

  • 8–10 years’ experience delivering standout virtual and live B2B experiences (bonus if it’s for global tech brands).
  • A track record of leading large-scale events across APAC—and making them look easy.
  • Brilliant people leadership—you know how to build, manage, and motivate event teams across levels.
  • Strategic smarts with the ability to turn client objectives into smart, head-turning experiences.
  • Cool under pressure. You stay composed, calm, and confident on-site and behind the scenes.
  • A sharp eye for detail, from budgeting and timelines to content and comms.
  • Commercial awareness—you're comfortable with client-facing budgets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring event profitability.
  • Solid working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and all the usual tools of the trade.
  • A collaborative spirit, a love of learning, and a drive to do things differently.
