Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Writer to join our dynamic content team. This role will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and persuasive content that resonates with a B2B tech audience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of these industries, a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives, and a passion for crafting content that drives business results.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop a wide range of content formats, including but not limited to:
- Long-form articles (blog posts, white papers, ebooks)
- Case studies and success stories
- Infographics and data visualisations
- Website copy and landing pages
- Sales collateral (brochures, datasheets, presentations)
- Email marketing campaigns
- LinkedIn Carousel posts
- Video scripts (motion graphics and stock footage)
- EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) / Newsletters
Industry Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of the B2B tech landscape, including emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and customer challenges. This includes topics such as:
- 5G and network connectivity
- IoT solutions for manufacturing, supply chain, and other industries
- Cybersecurity and data privacy
- AI and machine learning applications
- Cloud computing
- Digital transformation strategies
Audience Understanding:
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience (CISOs, Infosec professionals, network security, IT managers in global and local markets), their needs, and their pain points.
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry topics, competitive products, and customer needs to inform content creation
Content Editing & Proofreading:
- Ensure all content is accurate, grammatically correct, and adheres to brand guidelines.
Stay Current:
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends and best practices.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the strategy, design, and account management teams to ensure content is aligned with overall campaign goals and client objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in content writing, preferably with a focus on B2B technology.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing for a broad range of B2B tech topics.
- Experience creating content in a variety of formats, including long-form articles, case studies, infographics, and video scripts.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Portfolio of relevant writing samples demonstrating expertise in B2B technology content, specifically related to B2B tech for enterprise clients.
