SENIOR ENGINEERING LEAD
As an experienced Senior Engineering Lead, you will take responsibility of technical solution delivery of our e2open collaboration and manufacturing projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for designing and documenting technical integration in coordination with the customer’s technical resources
- Create and manage a development plan to track internal configuration efforts for an accurate and timely delivery
- Support customer testing and manage the deployment efforts prior to go-live
- Occasionally work with customer support to triage product issues
- Analyze the architectures behind complex business processes and will oversee the integration of our software products with customer platforms.
- Maintain a presentable and confident appearance when facing clients
- Ability to lead discussions and convey subject matter with meaningful presentation and clarity
- Ability to manage a global, technical development team and manage a development plan
- Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 6-8 years of software development experience with 3+ years of technical lead experience in the supply chain solution delivery industry.
- Demonstrated capacity for teamwork, analytical skills, creativity, and willingness to acquire new skills
- Willing to work with internal and external teams, grow analytical skills, creativity, and new technical skills
- Strong skills in JAVA, SQL
- Knowledge of Shell Scripting, Groovy, and Python are required
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Integration experience involving XML, API, Webservice & B2B Protocols like EDI, XML
- Experience in E2open Supply management solution is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience in working with multiple internal cross functional teams including but not limited to sales, customer success, operations, product, and engineering
