Job DescriptionThe Senior Engineer, Quality Management will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all project phases. This individual will oversee quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes, develop and implement quality management systems, and ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and organizational policies. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, leadership in quality initiatives, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage Quality Assurance activities for projects and engagement with various stakeholders to ensure operational compliance to our Integrated Management System.
- Support overall business in collaboration with respective functional groups and across regions.
- Maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 management systems, procedures and processes
- Project and internal audits in accordance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards.
- Maintaining and supporting Client-care program and reporting
- Administer, manage and be proficient in the various business systems and platforms.
- Digital transformation of compliance and quality procedures.
- Conducting trainings, workshops to enhance understanding of internal processes and compliance.
- Monthly reporting of compliance matters across platforms and systems.
- Shall carry out duties in accordance with the quality and environmental management system, health and safety policies and procedures.
- Shall perform other duties that his/her immediate superior may assign from time to time.
- Present findings and recommendations to inform design improvements and cost-effective solutions.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including architects, civil engineers, and construction teams to ensure cohesive integration of designs.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, project records, and compliance reports.
- Diploma or Degree holders in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in similar role managing quality management systems
- Familiar with the respective ISO standards
- Good presentation and report writing skill
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill to engage stakeholders
- A team player and strong willingness to learn
- Ability to balance academic commitments with project responsibilities, demonstrating effective time management.
