What you will do
Conversion Rate Optimization & Analytics (60% - Primary)
Responsible for end-to-end DTC data analysis (from Traffic to Purchase) to identify user drop-off points.
Lead A/B test design: develop optimization hypotheses, define experiment metrics, and deliver actionable insights to guide the domestic frontend team in page improvements.
Perform user segmentation and attribution analysis: leverage SQL/Python to uncover high-value user characteristics and inform advertising strategies.
MarTech & Compliance Logic Ownership (30% - Secondary)
- Own the data layer in a Headless architecture, defining GTM trigger rules and Data Layer variable standards.
- Manage CMP (Consent Management Platform) policies to ensure cookie collection complies with EU and North American regulations.
- Collaborate with the Data Platform team to draft Data Schema requirements, specifying which fields need encryption in Secure Vault and which can be safely synced back to domestic systems.
Cross-functional Collaboration (10%)
- Serve as a data translator for the domestic product and engineering teams, particularly for restricted data like orders, converting complex business data into actionable PRDs.
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Web Analytics (GA4), CRO, or Data Analysis for eCommerce.
Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Tableau/Looker/PowerBI).
Hands-on experience with GTM (Google Tag Manager) and A/B testing tools (VWO/Optimizely).
