The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist manages digital marketing strategies, analyzes performance data, and optimizes customer acquisition efforts. Responsibilities include leading campaigns, collaborating with teams, and building vendor relationships.
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for working with the Digital Marketing Team in the ideation, planning, implementation and monitoring of the company's digital marketing programmes across multiple media channels while providing insights and observations from existing data to optimise digital marketing spend in growing new customer acquisition and new product registrations from existing members.
Marketing Analytics
- Monitor and analyse regional marketing and business data from multiple online marketing channels
- Provide insights and action items to optimise digital marketing performance across all stages of the buying journey
- Lead monthly performance report creation, performance projections alongside the Digital Marketing Manager
- Work with Data Analyst to integrate market insights into the overall campaign strategy for multiple brands and countries
Customer Acquisition
- Work with the Marketing Strategic Team to create and lead marketing campaign strategies that will grow new revenue streams from both the new and existing customer base
- Work with Digital Marketing Specialists to manage paid digital marketing activities in the region, including media plans, set up, tagging and adjustments to targeting and bidding parameters
- Identify and propose new ads formats and partnerships that will expand sales and customers engagements
- Build and manage relationships with external vendors, partners and affiliates
- Perform immediate action for products set below cost and create strategies for its permanent resolution;
Others
- Assist in implementation or coordination of front- or backend changes pertaining to customer acquisition, product developments, pricing changes and promotional activities.
- Proactively communicate to Marketing Team, BDS Team and Customer Support Team major price updates and promotional activities.
- Record and create reports related to pricing and promos as required by stakeholders such as Marketing department and Registry;
- Assistance in other projects and assignments as required from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of related working experience in digital advertising
- Has hands-on experience managing multiple online ads platform
- Passion for technology, data analyses and digital marketing
- Quantitative and analytical
- Be abreast of trends in all digital media
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Have a natural desire to help customers achieve their goals
