WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of Acronis' core platform components
Designing and implementing effective testing strategies for system-level services and infrastructure
Collaborating closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to detect and resolve issues early in the development cycle
Developing test automation and supporting CI/CD pipelines to streamline quality assurance
Analyzing technical requirements and architectural designs with a focus on quality, performance, and security
Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and quality standards
WHAT YOU BRING
Over 5 years of experience in developing test cases for complex software applications
Practical experience in testing backend components
Familiarity with configuration management systems, particularly Ansible
Foundational knowledge of virtualization technologies
Basic proficiency in SQL
Solid understanding of software quality assurance principles, methodologies, and techniques
Experience working with RESTful APIs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of fundamental concepts in computer architecture, data structures, and information security
Proficient in working with both Linux and Windows operating systems
Well-developed investigative and troubleshooting abilities
Proven experience and strong proficiency with artificial intelligence tools
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
Familiarity with basic programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines; knowledge of Jenkins is a plus
Basic understanding of containerization technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker
